International Study Centre
The Coventry University London International Study Centre, based by the business hub of London, provides international students with a direct route onto a range of degrees at the University.

Our programmes consist of academic modules, study skills and English language training to ensure that you have the skills to succeed when you progress onto your chosen degree programme.
At Coventry University London International Study Centre you can choose between three programmes depending on your skills, academic background and age:

• International Foundation Year
  • This course is designed to help international students succeed in a UK classroom environment and meet the entry requirements for undergraduate study.
• International Year One
  • This course is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree and it leads to the second year of your chosen degree.
• Pre-Master's Programme
  • This course is specifically designed to meet the needs of international students. You will gain the specialist skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your Master’s degree.

Progression to the University

• By the end of your chosen programme, you will be fully prepared for degree study and have the skills you will need to succeed at the University. In 2018, every student who completed their programme and achieved the required grades were offered a place to continue studying at Coventry University London.

Coventry University
Coventry University is a public research university in Coventry, England. The origins of Coventry University can be traced back to the founding of the Coventry School of Design in 1843. It was known as Lanchester Polytechnic from 1970 until 1987, and then as Coventry Polytechnic until the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 afforded its university status that year and the name was changed to Coventry University.

With more than 29,000 undergraduate and almost 6,000 postgraduate students in 2019, Coventry is the larger of the two universities in the city, the other being the University of Warwick. It is the UK’s fastest growing university and the country’s sixth largest overall, being the fourth largest outside of London.[8] It has two principal campuses: one in the centre of Coventry where the majority of its operations are located, and one in Central London which focuses on business and management courses.
