- Dropbox/interview waiver is only for H1B Visa Renewal. - Visa received after Jan 1, 2008 -- Visa should not have annotations like “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”
What are the Requirements to be Eligible H1B Visa Dropbox?
- Visa issued after 14th birthday - There were no US visa refusals - US visa was not lost, or cancelled - H1B Visa should be valid or have expired within the last 12 months
