Scale-up Worker visa allows you to come to the UK to work for a UK firm that is growing rapidly. It went into effect on August 22, 2022.

A scale-up business is one that employs at least 10 workers and has an annual growth of at least 20% in sales or employment by the end of the 3rd year of its establishment.
