What do you need to qualify for a student loan?

Student loans are advances provided to students by banks or other financial institutions to help cover the costs of their higher education.
Education Loan Eligibility Guidelines
The student should be a citizen of India.
Applicant must have attained the age of 18
 Must possess a good academic background.
Have secured admission to a recognized foreign university.
Must be pursuing a graduate, postgraduate, or post-graduate diploma.
Full-time students must have a co-applicant, who may be either a parent, a guardian, a spouse.

The co-applicant needs a steady source of income.
