UNSW Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Software) is a four-year full-time degree for those wanting to pursue a career in the growing field of software engineering.

You'll learn about the processes, methods and tools for the design and development of high-quality, reliable software systems. This involves the study and application of software specification, design, implementation, testing and documentation. You'll also gain the invaluable skill of writing code to design programs that fulfil needs and solve problems.

Mining engineering develops and executes the processes used to extract minerals from below and above ground. As a mining engineer you’ll work in the planning and management of engineering the extraction of mineral, petroleum and gas resources from the earth.  Mining Engineers evaluate, plan and oversee the construction of a mine. They’re involved in a project through all phases of mining operations.

The Master of Engineering (Biomedical Engineering) is a two-year full-time degree that'll help you develop the specialised skills and knowledge to build a successful career in Biomedical Engineering and gain a recognised accreditation. This degree is designed for students who don’t have a formal engineering accreditation but have an undergraduate degree in engineering, health or medical sciences.

When you study the Master of Engineering (Biomedical Engineering) you'll expand your knowledge, skills and develop job prospects through a specialised study in the area of Biomedical Engineering. In this degree, you’ll learn about engineering applications in medicine including neuromodulation and bioinstrumentation, biomechanics and rehabilitation, tissue engineering, bioinformatics, as well as medical device design. As a part of your studies, you’ll also complete an open-ended research project.

You’ll be required to complete 60 days of industrial training in Biomedical Engineering and/or other Engineering fields, through this you’ll receive industry exposure and professional practice. Your degree will include a compulsory Master's Thesis which adds a research component to your study. You’ll graduate as an accredited Biomedical Engineer, with an Engineers Australia accreditation. The development of human rights law continuously alters how nation-states, governments, individuals and groups interact at the international, regional and domestic levels. Challenges to the standards underlying these laws by states and individuals require informed and robust responses by human rights professionals to ensure their promotion and protection.  
This Master of Laws specialisation will enable you to acquire expertise in human rights law and the policy context that it operates in.
