    With a range of generous scholarships on offer for the highest-achieving students, you could be eligible to receive up to £5,000 towards your tuition fees.

    Do I qualify for a scholarship?

    To find out whether you are eligible to apply, you’ll need to take a look at the requirements for each individual scholarship. If you are not eligible for one particular scholarship, there may be another that you can apply for instead.

    Please be aware that successful scholarship holders will be expected to:

    • Successfully meet all remaining conditions for entry to their chosen course.

    Accomodation

    Our modern, on-campus INTO UEA accommodation means that you will quickly become part of the University’s friendly and welcoming international student community.

    Homestay is available as an alternative option, consisting of a private room in a carefully selected host’s home, so it’s easy for you to find the perfect place to stay.

    After you complete your INTO programme, you will be guaranteed accommodation in university halls of residence for your first year at the University.

    INTO Student Residences
    INTO UEA's on-campus student accommodation is located within the INTO Centre, meaning that classes are only ever a few minutes' walks away

    With a sociable community environment, the INTO student residences are perfectly located for getting to your classes quickly and easily and will include:

    • A private study bedroom with an en suite bathroom
    • A communal kitchen and living area, including a lockable food cupboard for each student, a dining table and a television
    • Staff available 24/7 to offer support, with an extra level of security for students under the age of 18
    • The option to buy a Meal Plan and have two hot meals cooked for you in the INTO Café and Restaurant every day

    UEA Accommodation
    If you want to live on campus or be in city-based UEA-managed accommodation, you'll need to complete a separate application (unless specifically advised otherwise by your home university). The accommodation price list for 2020-2021 autumn and spring semesters can be found here. Please note that single-semester students who are joining UEA in January of any academic year will only be able to apply for accommodation between 1-30 November.

    Homestay
    UEA can also provide you the opportunity to live with a local family.  This will be a great chance for you to see up close how British people live and to get a chance to practice your English. If you would like further information, please visit the Homestay page.

    Private Accommodation
    The UEA Students' Union co-ordinates the Home Run service which helps students find private accommodation in Norwich. Students planning to find private accommodation should contact [email protected] as early as possible to request a username and password.

    Admissions Requirements

    The following minimum requirements must be fulfilled to get admitted to INTO University of East Anglia

    • International students are considered on case-by-case basis. There can be some additional requirements, depending on the program you are applying to. Please visit course information page to find the admission requirement.
    • Students are required to submit their original transcripts from their last attended academic institutions. If they are not in English, then submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
    • Should provide the certificate issued by the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) that compares educational credentials from other countries to educational standards in UK.
    • You need to submit your English language proficiency test scores if you are coming from a non-English speaking country.

    Please note:- If you are not a UK citizen or a permanent resident of UK, you must obtain a valid study permit before you come to UK.
