The INTO University of Stirling Centre
The INTO Centre at the University of Stirling has all the facilities you'd expect from a contemporary building, located right at the centre of campus to ensure that you are part of the University community from day one.

This state-of-the-art building is where most of your classes will take place, equipped with modern learning facilities and featuring plenty of space to relax or study with friends. As an INTO student, you'll also have access to the University’s 24/7 Library Study Zone and a free membership to the impressive Sports Centre on campus.

Learning facilities

• You’ll receive dedicated support and find all the academic resources you need to succeed in your studies in the INTO Centre, including:
  • a welcome desk with helpful staff, open Monday to Friday from 8:30am–5:30pm
  • a large, multipurpose lecture theatre that seats up to 110 students
  • 10 teaching rooms, each equipped with interactive electronic screens
  • an INTO Café and Restaurant serving a variety of international refreshments
  • academic counselling rooms for one-to-one student support from teachers
  • social spaces around the INTO Centre to take a break and hang out with friends

Does INTO Stirling have a library?
Access study support materials, such as books, journals and newspapers, at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC). There are also computer and printing facilities and friendly staff on-hand to help with computing issues. If you can't find a resource here, you'll also have access to the University of Stirling's Library which has thousands of books and electronic resources.

Are there facilities to prepare me for university teaching?
INTO University of Stirling's large, multipurpose lecture theatre seats up to 110 students and is the perfect opportunity for you to experience lecture-style classes before progressing to university. This flexible space also hosts student events such as presentations, open days and graduation celebrations.

Where can I find food from my country?
INTO University of Stirling's INTO Café and Restaurant, 'Umami', has a menu of exciting meals from all over the world. Prepared live at cooking stations, Umami serves fresh and healthy food, with the menu often including:

• Indian curries
• Thai curries
• Malaysian curries
• sweet and sour pork or vegetables
• Bao buns and gyozas
• Pho soups

Do I qualify for a scholarship?

To find out whether you are eligible to apply, you’ll need to take a look at the requirements for each individual scholarship. If you are not eligible for one particular scholarship, there may be another that you can apply for instead.

Accomodation

INTO University of Stirling accommodation is on campus and close to the INTO Centre, meaning that you are just a five-minute walk away from your classes.

In these safe student residences, you will find staff available 24/7 to offer support. If you are under the age of 18, we offer extra support such as regular welfare meetings to ensure that your experience is a happy one.

En suite campus accommodation
If you decide to live on campus, you will live in student accommodation on the other side of the Airthrey Loch.

Depending on the room you are allocated, you'll share a flat with up to nine other students. With a community atmosphere that is great for socialising, your accommodation will include:

• A private study bedroom with an en suite bathroom
• A communual kitchen and living space with a TV and TV license
• Laundry facilities just a two-minute walk away
• Staff available 24/7 to offer support, plus housekeeping assistance
• Wi-Fi available in your bedroom and throughout the flat
