The University of Prince Edward Island has a stringent admissions process which varies from program to program. However, there are certain requirements for every student for applying to the university:

The student should be at least 18 years of age before beginning the program.
The student must have taken either IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or other equivalent exams.
The student has to submit the original transcripts from all the academic institutions previously attended. If the transcripts are not in English, the student must submit translated copies of the same along with the originals.

You can get the required study material for any program from the university library or bookstore located in the university.

Does the rent for the accommodation include water and electricity services, or do I have to pay it separately?

Generally the utility services such as Gas and Electricity are not included whereas water services are included in your rent. Still, you can check with your landlord to have more clarity on the same.
