Northeastern University Seattle Campus Accomodation

As a Northeastern student, you'll have access to a variety of university housing. First-year students beginning in the fall term live in one of our popular Living Learning Communities (LLCs)—themed housing environments that connect students of similar academic and personal interests. LLCs are a great way to enrich your academic experience outside of the classroom and to form long-lasting bonds with other students who share the same values and enjoy the same activities.

Residence Halls
- Most new students will share a room with one or two other students in traditional, co-ed residence halls that house between 75 and 700 students. Two of the larger halls each offer a dining hall and common study areas.
Apartment Complexes
- The majority of upperclass students are housed in apartment-style residences at 780 Columbus, Loftman Hall, Davenport Commons, and West Village G and H. There are economy, standard, and enhanced rooms to accommodate students of all financial circumstances.
Off-Campus Housing and Support Services
- Students who do not live in university housing are considered off-campus students. Off-Campus Housing and Support Services offer information, resources, and materials regarding off-campus student living.

Northeastern University offers an interdisciplinary and entrepreneurial education. IDEA is Northeastern University's student-led Venture Accelerator, which gives entrepreneurs in the Northeastern community, including students, staff, and alumni, the essential assistance and educational experience to help them create a firm from concept to launch.

Northeastern's academics are based on a liberal arts education and the blending of classroom studies with experiential learning opportunities like cooperative education, student research, service learning, and global exposure, such as study abroad and international cooperative education.

Master of Professional Studies in Analytics

The Master of Professional Studies in Analytics trains you to discover, interpret, and effectively communicate data to help organizations make informed decisions. Focused on skills you can readily apply on the job, our program will build your knowledge of statistics and mathematics, analytics systems technology, business intelligence, business process management, analytics agility, data leadership and governance, and policy and ethics. You'll have the opportunity to work with a sponsoring organization to expand your professional network and get hands-on experience in everything from data extraction to the translation and implementation of data analysis. Northeastern University Seattle Campus Admission Requirements

There are standard requirements for students to apply to Northeastern University - Seattle Campus:

The student should be 18 years or more before beginning the course.
Students from non-English speaking countries must have taken a test like IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or other equivalent exams to prove their language proficiency.
Students need to provide original transcripts (translated if the originals are not in English) from all academic institutions attended.

Is a SAT score required to study in the United States?

An admission test, such as the SAT, is required of students applying to a four-year undergraduate program at a college or university in the United States. Most prestigious institutions require or recommend a writing test, such as the SAT, and the SAT Subject Tests are also required by most highly selective universities.

I loved going to Northeastern University.

It was probably one of the best major choices I ever made. Northeastern University not only had a great academic and research program but also a very active campus life. I was involved in a lot of co-curricular activities during my time at Northeastern University. I was a member of a student government, a club president, a sorority member and advisor for a number of clubs on campus. I also had a great time in the classroom. Most teachers at this institution have doctorates in their fields and are more than willing to go out of their way to further students' understanding of a subject.
