Cornish Commons is City University of Seattle’s on-campus residence for students. The neighbourhood in which the residential halls are situated is known as South Lake Union. CityU and Cornish College of the Arts share a 20-story structure. A shared kitchen, a fitness centre, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, and an art studio are among the amenities which are provided to the students. The type of resident rooms are 2-person, single, super-single, 3-person, and 2-person rooms. Separate dresser, desk, chair, cabinet, mattress, and single bed are among the furnishings available. Each bathroom has its own toilet and bathroom. There is also 24*7 access to the internet. A refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, and other amenities are included in a two-person room.

International students can apply for scholarships to study in the United States, in the City University of Seattle. Some of the prominent scholarships which are awarded by this institution are; Presidential Merit Scholarship (the university awards merit scholarships to first-year CityU foreign students who excelled academically the previous school year. The scholarship is worth a lot of money. The quantity of prizes given out fluctuates from quarter to quarter and year to year), Economic Hardship Grant (this need-based scholarship is available to students who have completed at least three quarters of full-time study at CityU. This award is available to a total of 12 students), Academic Achievement Grant (this scholarship is for first-year overseas students who showed promise in their previous school year academically. The scholarship amount is substantial, and the number of prizes is distributed on a quarterly and academic basis).
