On-Campus Housing
The University’s undergraduate housing is clustered in four neighborhoods located across Illinois State’s 850-acre campus. The four areas include Hewett and Manchester Halls, Tri-Towers, Watterson Towers, and Cardinal Court. All are within walking distance from the University’s picturesque Quad. Each area provides its own unique feel. No matter which area of campus you live in, you can expect a sense of community, individual attention, support services to help you succeed, and a connection to Illinois State University that is second to none!
Off-Campus Housing
Off-Campus Services helps Illinois State students find their way by providing support and services to help enhance their off-campus living experience. Off-Campus Services works to:
- Provide programs and services to educate students about their rights and responsibilities as residents of the Bloomington-Normal community
- Develop initiatives, programs, and committees that promote off-campus student safety, citizenship, and educational and community resources
- Promote positive student interactions with the larger residential community
- Offer programs, services, and solutions that help students remain connected to the Illinois State community
- Respond to landlord/tenant issues
- Review leases for students who have questions
INTO Group Illinois State University Services & Facilities
The campus offers students with modern and advanced facilities, including a library and a Student Fitness Center. In addition to these resources, numerous student-run clubs and organizations are there for students to join. It's important to note that all students are automatically enrolled as members of the Student Fitness Center.
