AAU has a theater on its campus that doubles as a seminar room and can be utilized for various purposes, such as student meetings, cultural events, seminars, plays, and more.

To offer students a peaceful and appropriate venue for praying at any time of the day, the University has a mosque and two prayer rooms in the male section and two prayer rooms in the female section.

AAU offers student housing services in Al Ain city, which includes 24/7 supervision and access to fast internet. The University offers lounges to students, which enables them to engage in different social activities during breaks between lectures. All sports facilities are supervised by experienced health professionals and gym trainers who are qualified.

The main objective of the Scholarships and Financial Aid program is to provide monetary assistance to students who demonstrate outstanding performance either in academics or extracurricular pursuits. In order to support students who are struggling financially and unable to finish their undergraduate studies, the University offers humanitarian aid. This assistance is aimed at helping students overcome financial barriers that might otherwise prevent them from achieving their academic goals.
