Al Qasimia University has five food courts accommodating up to 2,000 people. These food courts operate 24/7 and serve various food and drinks to meet the needs of students. 

The art studio's primary objective is to enhance students' artistic abilities and encourage their creative spirits through specialized training programs and workshops conducted by experts in diverse artistic domains, including photography, painting, Arabic calligraphy, sculpture, short film production, graphic design, and spray painting. Additionally, the art studio provides a platform for talented students to showcase their artistic talents and accomplishments through art galleries and exhibitions.

The university provides outstanding athletic amenities, such as a gymnasium, a football field, and indoor sports halls. Students can engage in a wide range of sports activities, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton.

Al Qasimia University offers separate housing options for both male and female students. The dorm administration is responsible for overseeing the students' daily life and providing necessary services and amenities to ensure their academic success. Each dorm room is furnished with necessary furniture, including beds, tables, and wardrobes, and has an attached bathroom. There are reading and studying rooms, computer rooms, food courts, a general kitchen, television rooms, lounges, prayer areas, a medical center for emergencies, washing rooms, and recreational areas, along with an outdoor garden for students to enjoy.

The scholarship initiative is exclusively available to students from overseas. These students will be granted a fixed monthly payment determined by the university, but only during the Summer Semester, which is optional for international students to attend. Those who have received a scholarship are eligible for one round-trip ticket after finishing 50% of their specialized course credits and maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.00 throughout their academic tenure. The foundation of an Islamic Arab university in the Emirate of Sharjah under the name "Al Qasimia University" was authorized by royal proclamation No. (2) for 2013 issued by HIS HIGHNESS SHEEKH DR. SULTAN BIN MOHAMMED ALQASIMI, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah.
