About Alexander College - Vancouver Campus

Alexander College, founded in 2006, is a private college with two campuses in British Columbia, one in Vancouver and the other in Burnaby. University Transfer, Associate of Arts degree, and Associate of Science degree are among the undergraduate degree and transfer programs offered by Alexander College. Non-native English speakers can also benefit from an integrated English for Academic Purposes programme to help them transfer to university-level English language courses.

The Vancouver Campus of Alexander College is located on the junction of Seymour and Hastings Streets in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The school is at a short distance from the city's main shopping and entertainment districts, as well as significant tourist sites and the waterfront. Large classrooms, a science laboratory, a Writing and Learning Centre, a library, and a bookstore are also available on the Vancouver campus.

Services & Facilities

Students will have the opportunity to study from highly qualified, fully engaged staff and instructors who are committed to providing student-centred support. Students will also benefit from small class sizes, with all topics having a cap of 35 students or less.

There are numerous inclusive and interactive clubs, events, and indoor and outdoor activities that are organised and administered for students. Film and Drama Club, Explorers Club, Conversation Club, Spanish Club, Ski and Snowboard Club, and Basketball Club are just a few of the clubs available at the college.

The Alexander College Library acts as a hub for academic, cultural, and social activities for students at the college. On-campus, students can receive personalized academic planning and advising. New students can get peer help through the Mentorship Program.

Alexander College is unable to provide on-campus accommodation. With this in mind, the campus locations are close to major transit connections, allowing students to spend less time commuting.

Homestay, room rental, or apartment rental are the three most common accommodation options for students.
