Hanson International Academy was established in April 2013 and offers exemplary service and education to international students wishing to study high-calibre, practical, college programs in a metropolitan hub in Canada.

In 2015, Hanson International Academy re-signed a curriculum licensing agreement with Cambrian College. Cambrian College, based out of Sudbury, is 1 of 24 colleges of applied arts and technology that comprise the Ontario public college system. Students studying Cambrian College programs at Hanson International Academy get the chance to acquire an education that balances practical learning experiences with the knowledge and skill development to prepare them for the workforce.

Cambrian College supports over 800 students every year via multiple awards, bursaries and scholarships. The college offers a multitude of external and internal awards to its students. The institution offers a number of opportunities that are sure to provide students with a bright future. It offers a variety of features to students that include academic, social and cultural, and often include free or low-cost use of a gym, sports pitches, computer and internet access and disability services. Additionally, it includes medical services, a library, a cafeteria and student centres. As a plus, it also has several student unions and student groups. The campus grounds are great for socializing, and the classrooms are conducive to learning and acquiring knowledge.

The institution has been producing exceptional results in terms of job placements and employability. To help students, the institution regularly organizes on-campus recruitments, job posting services, on-campus work-study programs and co-op placement. The students are more than happy and satisfied with the work opportunities they receive, which is a strong testament to the high calibre of the staff and the education provided.

College provides residences in two styles, townhouses and dorm styles. Each room has a bed, desk, high-speed internet connection, and plenty of storage space. Living on campus gives students a sense of community that they might not otherwise get.
