Off-Campus Housing: Students have a variety of possibilities for off-campus housing in the surrounding areas. Studio flats, paid guest facilities, shared housing complexes, and other options are available to students.

Homestays are an important part of the student housing system. Students can choose to remain in a homestay or not, depending on their preferences. All homestay lodgings have been inspected, and all adults in the household have completed the mandatory criminal background check.

ACS - Entrepreneurship In Technology

The Entrepreneurship in Technology program (ACS) aims to equip students to turn their projects ideas into successful businesses. In the digital age, our lifestyles, working conditions, and consumption habits are changing rapidly, as evidenced with the most recent surge of changes occurring with the pandemic. New computer applications are being developed to facilitate our daily tasks, to allow us to be productive at a distance, and to bring the world to our fingertips, but these new applications are also a factor changing and molding our lifestyles. With this reality in mind and considering the growing trend for people to be self-employed or to start their own business, the College National of Science and Technology offers a program to train IT entrepreneurs.

College National’s program differs from the standard entrepreneurship program in vocational training (Business Start-Up); its entrepreneurship and management courses are designed specifically towards starting a business in the field of technology, with a special focus on launching new computer applications.

Entrepreneurship in Technology is an exciting field of endless possibilities. By the end of the program, students will have knowledge and skills:

Computer Science & IT

ACS - Network Management

The Network Management program (ACS) aims to train students to install and manage networks. Network technicians work in all sectors; in large or smaller companies and others are self employed. It is also a profession that allows for international mobility. According to Emploi Québec, there is an urgent need for network technicians.

College National of Sciences and Technology offers a program in Network Management to train students to respond to this important market demand.
By the end of the program, students will have knowledge and skills:

Setting up complete networks: computers, connect them to each other, servers (Internet, databases, etc.), access, etc.
Managing networks
Adapting to new technologies and developing the network
Providing support to network users
Monitoring network activity and ensure security

College National of Science and Technology Admission Requirements

Admission to College National is dependent on meeting certain criteria, which vary depending on the program to which a student applies.

Student should be at least 18 years
Student should be proficient in English and must have taken IELTS or other equivalent exams
Students are required to submit their original transcripts from all the academic institutions they have attended. If the transcripts are not in English, then students need to submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
