Northern College has partnered with Pures College of Technology to provide international students in Toronto with a high-quality education and exceptional service. Students who enrol in Northern College programs at the Pures Toronto site receive full credit from Northern College and are awarded a Northern College diploma once they have completed all of their requirements. The college provides a high-quality education while also improving their practical skills. The maintenance staff guarantees that students in charge of property operations have safe living circumstances. Candidates are responsible for their own rooms, while housekeeping services are given in the buildings' shared spaces. The Timmins Campus offers fully equipped rooms with a private four-piece bathroom and essential amenities like a desk, chair, telephone lines, cable TV, and Wifi.
Off-Campus Housing: Students have a variety of possibilities for off-campus housing in the surrounding areas. Studio flats, paid guest facilities, shared housing complexes, and other options are available to students.
Homestays: Homestays are an essential part of the student housing system. Students can choose to remain in a homestay or not, depending on their preferences. Singles, young couples with children and pets, and elderly couples are among the homestay hosts. All homestay lodgings have been inspected, and all adults in the household have completed the mandatory criminal background check.

While applying to the college, students should meet some standard eligibility criteria:
- The student should be 18 years at the time of beginning the course.
- Students from non-English speaking countries must prove their language proficiency by taking IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or other equivalent exams.
- Students need to provide original transcripts from all the academic institutions before making any application request. If the original documents are not in English, students need to submit the translated copies of the same with each original transcript.
