About Q College - Vancouver Campus

The World Wide Web was the first website ever developed in 1991 when the internet was still a nice dial-up feature. The Victoria School of Business Technology was established in 1997 by its founder, who wanted to improve the way websites were created at the time. It was renamed Q College in 2008 and opened in the same plaza in Gateway Village where it all began on Vancouver Island. It became a PCTIA - accredited college in 2012, and it is presently designated by the PTIB. The Q College has two campuses: one in Vancouver and the other in Victoria.

Q College is a full-time computer training school in Canada that offers web development and digital marketing degrees. The college focuses on and aims to maintain high academic standards for students participating in a variety of courses. The classes feature a flexible schedule that allows them to be held during regular business hours, at the end of the week, or in the evenings.

Boot camps, short-term specialisation courses, certificate and diploma programs are all available at the college. The course develops skills, preparing students for rewarding employment and providing possibilities to continue their studies.

Admission to Q College - Vancouver Campus is dependent on meeting certain criteria, which vary depending on the program to which a student applies.

  • Student should be at least 18 years before taking admission
  • Student should be proficient in English and must have taken IELTS or other equivalent exams
  • Students are required to submit their original transcripts from all the academic institutions they have attended. If the transcripts are not in English, then students need to submit translated copies of the same along with the originals.
