About Vancouver International College of English

Vancouver International College of English was established in 1989 in downtown Vancouver, and it strives to provide students with a positive learning atmosphere which is warm and welcoming. In the college’s small courses and high-quality programmes, a student will be challenged to reach their objectives by professors who are highly competent and passionate about their subjects. Their student-centered classes and personalized curriculum are the starting point for student success. 

The college’s encouraging team of advisers is created to assist students in achieving their academic objectives. In order for them to achieve personal success, they are devoted to their path of cultural discovery, learning, and development. 

This College  offers speaking and pronunciation classes, allowing students  to participate in these courses throughout the day. If students want to enhance their public speaking and pronunciation abilities, in that case this college is a must attend for all the students. 

All courses are electives, and the students have the option to choose between them once a week. As a result, the college creates a plan that is tailored to a student’s specific learning requirements.

VIC provides a wide range of courses, with a particular emphasis on English language study. It also provides its students with a number of cutting-edge student services that are second to none, a few of them are on-campus housing,small student-to-teacher ratio, events of cultural and social nature, accessibility programs, weekly seminars etc.

Admissions

Prior to applying to Vancouver International College for English, students should be aware of the following requirements. Common qualifying criteria include the following: 

  • At the time of admittance into the institution, the student must be at least 18 years old. 
  • Students from non-English speaking countries must show their language skills by the IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or taking any other similar tests. 
  • Before submitting their application, students must produce legitimate transcripts from all academic institutions attended. If the original transcripts are not in English, students must provide translated copies with each original document.
