Lester B. Pearson School Board - Verdun's Adult and Career Center was renovated in 2016 and offers classes in Plumbing & Heating, Residential & Commercial Drafting, and Computer Support. The campus is in lovely Verdun, and it is centrally located and easily accessible. With three metro stations and various bus lines close by, this diversified town provides students with a perfect location.

Services & Facilities

The Verdun Adult and Career Centre is an innovative learning centre that offers on-site and online vocational training programs. All programs on the campus are characterized by a vibrant and safe environment. The campus has strict health and safety regulations, but it also allows students to participate in activities at the Center that enhance their academic success.

The campus has modern facilities, labs, and workshops to provide students with the tools they need to thrive in their chosen fields. Interactive whiteboards and PCs with the latest technology are standard in  classrooms. Students can also use dedicated computer labs inside the degree program parts. Additionally, the school has established an active learning room for students that includes several mobile devices and smart screens, allowing students to take advantage of the most modern technology available.

Accommodation

Students have the option to choose from a number of other homestay options. Students can stay in a variety of flats, houses, and housing complexes close to their college. Shared rooms, such as those offered by hostels, host families, and student dormitories, are common, while rental is also frequent. 

Scholarships

Scholarships are available from the Canadian government as well as a number of private organizations. These scholarships have varied conditions, so students should read the scholarship descriptions carefully.

Admissions

Admission to Lester B. Pearson School Board - Verdun Adult and Career Centre is dependent on meeting certain criteria, which vary depending on the program to which a student applies.
