About New Brunswick Community College - Woodstock Campus

New Brunswick Community College is a well-known public institution in New Brunswick, Canada, that was founded in 1974. With the declaration of the New Brunswick Community Colleges Act on May 29, 2010, New Brunswick Community College began a self-governance model. This action turned NBCC into an autonomous Crown Corporation, with an elected Board of Governors reporting to the President and CEO.

NBCC is a community college offering education through six campus locations in Moncton, Miramichi, Fredericton, Saint John, St. Andrews, and Woodstock. It offers over 90 programs with hands-on instruction, cutting-edge equipment, and real-world experiences that help students learn in a dynamic atmosphere.

Woodstock Campus offers students from all over the world the chance to study regular courses in Social Sciences and Trade, IT, Business, and Health in one of the world's friendliest cities. The campus offers outstanding amenities, practical employment opportunities, and a hands-on approach to learning to all individuals who choose to study and work in this close-knit community, and it promotes the potential, individuality, and passion of all those who choose to study and work here.

Services and Facilities

Woodstock is renowned as the "Hospitality Town," and it is a highly hospitable town for both single and family students. Campus life features a wide variety of student services such as a gymnasium, cafeteria, library, bookstore, computer labs, academic coaching and learner services, career counselling and well-being services, and health and dental insurance.

Incoming students can get help and information from NBCC Career and Well-being counselors who are on site. The Student Union also arranges social and educational events. Because there are so many annual Town events, NBCC students also get the opportunity to frequently volunteer and engage in local community groups.

The NBCC campus is bordered by extensive hiking paths and views of Saint John and Meduxnekeag Rivers, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
