Okanagan College is the region's largest higher education institution, educating and training more than 20,500 people each year in a variety of disciplines. Bachelor's degrees, diplomas, trades, vocational training, professional development, corporate training, and adult basic education are all available, allowing students to advance in their jobs.

Okanagan College is a public post-secondary college with campuses in Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm, and Vernon, British Columbia, that was founded in 1963. 

With a wide range of academic and practical programs, the Salmon Arm campus brings opportunity and community together. The big idea is to combine small class sizes with high-quality training and individual support.

Services & Facilities

Salmon Arm is noted for its pleasant summer weather, stunning scenery, and thriving arts and culture scene. It has a diverse scenery with many outdoor activities like hiking, biking, golfing, boating, and more. The region is converted into a winter wonderland, with cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hockey, and a variety of other things to enjoy.

Admission to Okanagan College - Salmon Arm Campus is dependent on meeting certain criteria, which vary depending on the program to which a student applies. 

  • Student should be at least 18 years old before taking admission
  • Student should be proficient in English and must have taken IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or other equivalent exams
  • Students are required to submit their original transcripts from all the academic institutions they have attended. If the transcripts are not in English, then students need to submit translated copies of the same along with the originals.
