This accredited course will develop your understanding of local authority controls relating to many aspects of policy; including transportation, communities, the environment and the quality of the built environment.

• Explore a number of practices including painting, sculpture, print, installation, video, sound, virtual / augmented reality, performance and curating

As part of this course you’ll:

• Develop the scientific foundation required to undertake a PhD qualification in biomedical sciences and related areas
• Work solely on an extended research project from January to September
• Be supported by staff from our Centre for Biomedical Science Research as you develop your practical expertise to an advanced level
• Have a wide variety of research options to choose from within molecular biology, microbiology, pharmacology and biochemistry
• Gain transferable skills, including science communication and promoting yourself as a scientist, guided by staff who have featured in print, TV and on radio as biomedical science experts
