As a specialist in reproductive health, you’ll have the opportunity to explore careers as a GP, a family planning practitioner or a specialist gynaecologist working in menopause and infertility. You can also specialise in nursing and counselling or as a biological scientist.  

Complications with HIV/STIs, infertility and unplanned pregnancy are consistent health issues that require addressing through new reproductive technologies and specialised professionals. This degree will give you a better understanding of the challenges and issues surrounding sexual and reproductive health around the world.

This double degree is designed for students wishing to pursue a career in either Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) will provide you with a solid background in mathematics, natural sciences and computing which give you knowledge and skills in your chosen engineering discipline specialisation.

Biomedical Engineering applies engineering principles to the development of technologies and solutions in a range of healthcare-related fields, including implantable bionics, drug delivery systems, medical imaging, radiotherapy, orthopaedic devices, robotic surgery, cell and tissue engineering, physical rehabilitation and others. This double degree is currently offered for select specialisations only.

Through this project you’ll learn valuable skills in project planning and management and the critical analysis, interpretation and communication of results. The UNSW Bachelor of Architectural Studies is a three-year degree when studied full time. Here, you will learn to design buildings and their surrounds to meet the needs of the people who use them. Taking sustainability, culture and the economy into consideration – you’ll participate in design studio sessions and lectures that cover a range of engaging topics and academic subjects. These include everything from architectural design to architectural communications, architectural history and theory, architectural science, the built environment and technologies, and architectural construction and structures.

When combined with the UNSW Master of Architecture, this degree will give you the qualification to practice as a registered architect, and a strong head start in contemporary and multidisciplinary design practice.
