Nuclear Medicine Technology

Nuclear medicine is a medical specialty that uses safe, painless and cost-effective techniques to image the body and treat disease. Nuclear medicine uses very small amounts of radioactive materials to diagnose and treat disease using gamma or PET/CT scanners. Nuclear medicine imaging is unique in that it documents organ function and structure. It is a method of gathering information that may otherwise be unavailable, require surgery or necessitate more expensive diagnostic tests.

Athletic Training
Saint Louis University's athletic training program offers an early-assurance 3+2 graduate professional program. Students earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Science after the completion of four years and then a Master of Athletic Training (M.A.T.) after successful completion of an additional post-baccalaureate year. Students may also enter the program as an undergraduate transfer student or as a post-baccalaureate. SLU's program offers students a practice-integrated education, including a 12-week internship with senior leaders in many of the nation's top health systems and health care organizations. Internship experiences are based on students' individual goals, objectives and preferences. Applied, practical projects are an important means of professional growth. Electrical Engineering
At Saint Louis University’s Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology, we have developed a unique, hands-on electrical engineering program that incorporates analysis, design and development of electrical systems.

As a student in the electrical engineering program at Parks College, you will gain a solid foundation through a combination of coursework and hands-on learning. You will use the physical properties of electricity and mathematics to design systems that collect, analyze, and use information, as well as distribute and utilize electrical energy, and design the electrical systems that are at the heart of today’s technology such as smartphones, tablets, internet-ready televisions, satellites and many other devices.
