Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy for Ministry allows the student to combine a major in philosophy with a general-education concentration that either focuses more intensely on the humanities or allows study of a second language. These concentrations leave considerable room for electives. Aviation Management Concentration
Saint Louis University’s Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology was the first federally certi?ed flight school in the nation, founded by Oliver L. Parks in 1927. Today, Saint Louis University is the only Jesuit university with a flight program, making us a premier institution for flight education. The 21st century is the era of "big data." Every day, we create 2.5 quintillion bytes of data — so much that 90% of the data in the world today has been created in the last two years alone. It is estimated that 30% of this data comes from the health care industry. Saint Louis University's Master of Science (M.S.) in Biostatistics and Health Analytics will not only prepare students to handle this data but also to apply analytic techniques to answer important research questions related to health and health care.

Saint Louis University has taught Russian studies for more than 50 years and is the only institution in the St. Louis region that provides a major in Russian studies.

Marketing focuses first and foremost on customers — understanding them, attracting them, and maintaining their loyalty. In this way, marketing undertakes the management of demand. The Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business marketing program at Saint Louis University provides students with the practical skills and training necessary to succeed in professional marketing positions worldwide. In addition, graduates are creative in their approach to problem-solving with an understanding of human behavior in its qualitative and quantitative dimensions.
