Offered through Saint Louis University's School for Professional Studies, the Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Development curriculum will teach you the skills needed to work effectively as a self-aware, reflective change leader. You will learn to improve organizational dynamics through sound leadership and organizational development practices. 

Through assessments, reflections and project-based learning, you will strengthen your leadership competencies while learning with a network of peers from around the world with a diverse range of academic and professional backgrounds. You can also earn a graduate certificate that complements a master’s degree, often without taking additional credits. This allows you to tailor the program to your specific interests.

Athletic Training
Saint Louis University's athletic training program offers an early-assurance 3+2 graduate professional program. Students earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Science after the completion of four years and then a Master of Athletic Training (M.A.T.) after successful completion of an additional post-baccalaureate year. Students may also enter the program as an undergraduate transfer student or as a post-baccalaureate. The athletic training program has an interprofessional focus with a curriculum that develops a team approach to health care.

Environmental Studies
Environmental studies at Saint Louis University focuses on relationships between the natural environment and social, economic, political, legal and humanistic aspects of society.

The B.A. in Environmental Studies program helps prepare students for careers that emphasize a dual awareness of scientific and social perspectives and their relationship to the natural environment.

Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy for Ministry allows the student to combine a major in philosophy with a general-education concentration that either focuses more intensely on the humanities or allows study of a second language. These concentrations leave considerable room for electives. Core, major and concentration requirements may simultaneously satisfy requirements for a second major, minor or certificate in other schools and colleges, provided content is appropriate.

Biostatistics
Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Science in Biostatistics degree is offered through the College for Public Health and Social Justice, which is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health. Using the American Statistical Association's guidelines for undergraduate data science programs, the curriculum trains students in the management, analysis, and interpretation of data within the context of public health and health care. African American studies describe the systematic investigation into the vast range of racial, ethnic, cultural and political perspectives, experiences and beliefs of people of African heritage around the globe, with particular focus on the African Diaspora in the United States. Students emerge from Saint Louis University's African American Studies, B.A. program with a rigorous understanding of the histories, philosophies, culture and literature emergent from the African Diaspora, thus enabling them to embark on careers in education, law, politics, business and the arts.
