Psychological science encompasses a wide range of methods to address diverse topics, from brain function to cultural influences. Nutrition and Dietetics

Saint Louis University's nutrition and dietetics program is one of the few in the nation that allows you to become both a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified chef. Graduates are prepared with foundation knowledge and skills to enter the field of nutrition.

Environmental Studies
Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Arts in French program, offered by the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures, aims to develop students’ competency in the language, while increasing their knowledge of the French-speaking world.

As the living environment becomes increasingly transnational, a major in French offers an attractive asset to careers in many fields, including business, medicine, politics, law and the humanities. Information Systems
With a Master of Science in Information Systems offered through Saint Louis University's School for Professional Studies, you'll gain the skills in software development, analytics, evidence-based decision making, ethics and leadership needed to provide technical expertise and strategic decision-making as an information systems professional. International Studies
Saint Louis University's undergraduate degree in international studies is offered through the College of Arts and Science's Political Science department. The program offers students the opportunity to focus both on a specific region of the world as well as a specific topic or theme including arts and culture, environment and health, economics and development, or war and peace.

Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) with alternative certification is designed to enable students who have undergraduate degrees in content areas and were not education majors to seek Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education certification via an alternative route. This degree is designed to offer students expanded knowledge in content areas and pedagogy, current educational practices, and the processes of teaching and learning.
