Events are a feature of modern life. Not surprisingly, event management is a growing area of work that incorporates diverse fields such as business, government, education and the community sector.

The work of event managers is dynamic and challenging. Event management is both a growing and evolving area of management practice. Organisational Psychology
Psychology is concerned with understanding human personality, behaviours, emotions, underlying mental processes and the factors that lead people to differ in the way they think and behave.
