The Graduate Diploma of Research Studies in Information Technology is an 80 credit point program that provides an alternative route for entry into a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) program for applicants who do not possess the required qualifications for direct admission.

The Griffith Sciences Group will be responsible for the overall supervision of the student and monitoring their progress throughout the program.

International Relations is a dynamic, rapidly evolving field focused on sources of conflict, cooperation and change in the international system. You'll work with Griffith's world-class academic staff in exploring topics such as diplomacy and statecraft, international security, human rights, globalisation and international organisations. To be awarded a Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) degree, one additional year of study is required following the successful completion of the Bachelor of Nursing.

In your final year, you can complete a professional placement and gain practical justice-related experience. Eligible students have the opportunity to take part in the Criminology Undergraduate Research Internship Program in which you will be mentored one-on-one by criminology experts as you undertake a research project that suits your interests. Internship opportunities are offered on a competitive basis three times a year and usually last four-to-six weeks. It's a priceless opportunity only available through Griffith.

If you are from a non-accounting background or do not have a CPA Australia accredited undergraduate degree with a major in accounting, the Master of Professional Accounting conversion program will give you the training in accounting and related areas needed to meet the academic requirements for Associate membership with CPA Australia and admission to CPA Australia's CPA Program, and the CA Program of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

This program will enable you to develop the technical and conceptual skills needed to become an accountant and will develop your ability to analyse, critique and synthesise various accounting and related principles, methods and techniques. This program will also provide academic support to help you prepare for CPA Australia's CPA Program and ACCA's professional level examinations.

The program has a foundation component (Graduate Certificate) which allows those without a prior degree in Professional Accounting (or equivalent) and those looking for a career change to participate. Those with qualifications and experience in the field can also enter the program and progress to the advanced level study.

Students will gain an understanding of the changing role of design and how they can become leaders in the industry. In the following years, students work on industry-related and research projects and specialise in selected studio areas.

Graduates are skilled in creative design and software application and are able to effectively and efficiently manage creative ventures from a business perspective.
