Dispute Resolution

This Master of Laws specialisation will provide you with broad coverage of dispute resolution processes that occur outside the courts. If you're seeking a specialist qualification in dispute resolution theory and practice, this specialisation provides a comprehensive and academically rigorous postgraduate program. 

The program will enable you to develop skills in identifying the underlying issues that shape and inform a range of dispute resolution processes and the ability to think creatively about approaches and solutions to them. The courses, most of which are delivered via experiential, intensive programs, promote interdisciplinary study through exposure to dispute resolution practitioners in various fields.

This degree explores the science of behaviour and mental processes, providing you with an understanding of the brain, cognitive and decision-making processes and mental health. This degree will give you the skills and knowledge required to design and manage the construction, operation and maintenance of machines used in many industries.
