Psychology:-
Psychology is the study of human behaviour, the brain, and the mind. This program is perfect for students who wish to develop a better understanding of how and why people act, think, and feel the way they do. You’ll study the principles of psychology and a variety of specialized subjects ranging from personality, child development, and abnormal psychology in your first two years, to advanced subjects such as gender, emotions, and the psychology of evil in the latter half of your degree.

Forensics:-
Trent is the only university in Canada to offer students the chance to combine your study of forensics with one of several different academic disciplines. Choose a joint major in forensics
in combination with a vast array of complementary areas of study in either the arts or the sciences. Interested in a career in forensics specializing in ballistics? A joint degree with Physics could come in handy. Want to analyze the mental state of criminals, or become a criminal profiler? Combine your Forensics degree with a B.A. in Psychology. Cultural Studies gives you the tools to critique and create cultural objects and practices – everything from games to graffiti, print to painting, and music to film. You’ll study culture by reading, talking, and doing, taking both lecture and workshop courses in literature, fine art, media, and theory. And you’ll ask (and seek answers to) the questions about how culture shapes our lives.

Culture and Theory (Specialization)
In our current world of tweeting presidents and online crowdfunding campaigns raising millions in only days, understanding culture and the power of multimedia seems more important than ever. Take a big picture approach to analyze how gender and sexuality, the body, globalization, technology, ethics, and laws are represented and repressed socially and culturally in this specialization available to Cultural Studies majors.

Immerse yourself in the world of Ancient Greece and Rome. This program allows students to step back in time to examine the everyday life, language, arts and culture, politics and power structures of the Ancient Mediterranean. Dive into topics like human creativity, cultural heritage and religion. Gain a greater understanding of how the military might and democratic ideals of ancient people shaped our modern systems. As an AGRS student, you will come to understand your own humanity and identity by analyzing antiquity.

The emerging field of International Political Economy (IPE) aims to tackle these challenging global issues, by examining the interconnected nature of national politics and economics at the international level. 

Psychology is defined as the scientific study of behaviour and the mind. You will study the principles of behaviour through lectures, labs, seminars and research. Explore topics from sleep and dreams to health, sexuality, and perception. You will acquire both research skills and a broadly-based background in the basic content of the discipline, combined with the opportunity at upper levels to focus on more specialized topics.
