The Odette MBA provides students with a personalized preparation for a successful career in business. The unique program offers students a fast-paced learning environment using an experiential approach to education. The Odette MBA welcomes non-business background students and although there is no required work-experience in order to apply, many applicants typically have between two to five years of working experience.

The Odette MBA is a full curriculum that is condensed into a 14-month program, which allows students to become fully engrossed in their MBA experience while also gaining the understanding of the importance and value of delivering quality work and effort, faster.

Students can finish their MBA with any of our partnering schools located throughout Ontario and overseas. The Odette School of Business and The University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law are also proud to offer students a four year integrated Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctor (JD) program.

Using advanced education and collaboration, the Odette MBA integrates real-world corporate projects and personalized instruction, through the exclusive APEX (Advanced Program for Experiential Consulting) program; a co-op setting redefined, where students work on real business challenges alongside the leaders of prominent corporate partners such as Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Avis International Corp., Crayola Canada and more. Odette MBA students work closely with these partners and others, gaining invaluable experiences by working on authentic mandates from the marketplace.

The only one of its kind in Ontario, MBA-Professional Accounting Specialization, accredited by Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), prepares its graduates to succeed as accountants and business professionals in a multitude of careers.

From public accounting to industry or the government and not for profit, MBA-PAS is designed to develop technical knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills as well as critical thinking and professional decision-making ability, all required to excel in complex work environments.

Students can complete the program within 12 months. Students graduating from the program will hold an MBA degree and be ready to write CPA Ontario’s Common Final Exam (CFE). Fully accredited by CPA Canada, MBA-PAS students who have successfully completed the program will be able to write the CFE without having to go through any further preparation.

MBA-PAS provides domestic and international students, holding business or non-business undergraduate degrees*, with the ability to pursue a career in accounting, creating a classroom environment where synergies from diverse backgrounds contribute to the education of a well-rounded Chartered Professional Accountant.

Begin your journey to an exciting career in mechanical engineering by developing a solid foundation in machine design, CAD, and thermofluids with applications in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and materials engineering. Available specializations include automotive, aerospace, environmental, and materials. Our facilities include a dedicated project courtyard where students develop their hands on capabilities. The faculty promotes connections with industry through projects, courses, and workplace co-op opportunities.

Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Option
Study such topics as vehicle handling, vehicle thermal management, innovative powertrain technologies, and participate in hands on learning in the lab. Opportunities abound to design, build, and race a variety of ground vehicles in international competitions.

Advance your skills with the Engineering Technology degree. If you have an 3-year, advanced technology diploma, or a degree in a scientific or technical subject, this program is for you. Follow one of the specializations: mechatronics, mechanical, civil or stay in the general stream. Learning from our exceptional profs benefits you when preparing to write the PEng exams. This one-year program will give you more career mobility.

The Master of Management program is a course-based, professional graduate degree. Students will complete 13 courses, which will be distributed between 4 terms of study (16-months). By the end of their studies, students will have completed 5 specialized courses in their chosen area of concentration. These courses are designed to facilitate an advanced level of knowledge in either Human Resources Management, International Accounting and Finance, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Drama and English Literature
Come develop your creativity in our drama program where you’ll get the training for a career in the theatre. Choose a concentration in performance, history and theory, design/technical theatre, or a combination of two or all three. First-year students get hands-on training behind the scences at University Players. Students love this program so much that many go on to graduate school for further learning and specialization

Creative Writing
Creative writing degree programs at the University of Windsor are among the oldest and most innovative in Canada. What makes our creative writing degree programs unique is how the degree combines literature and language coursework with creative writing workshops.

This is where chemistry comes to life. If you’re interested in the chemistry of DNA, proteins, and enzymes, as well as the fundamental relationships between chemistry and living organisms, you’ll find this program fascinating. You’ll be in a lab within weeks of starting school and have the chance to do research throughout the program and even participate in a co-op internship. Biochemistry prepares you for professions from the lab to Law.
