The Master of Management program is a course-based, professional graduate degree. Students will complete 13 courses, which will be distributed between 4 terms of study (16-months). By the end of their studies, students will have completed 5 specialized courses in their chosen area of concentration. These courses are designed to facilitate an advanced level of knowledge in either Human Resources Management, International Accounting and Finance, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Political Science
Get behind the headlines and learn how political power really works. Our political science program introduces you to political, economic, social, and environmental issues in Canada and around the world. We offer a great mentorship program, opportunities to do research with faculty, and the ability to complete an internship in fourth year. Our active and engaged department is home to the Political Science Society, the Model UN Club, and arranges an annual trip to Europe through the EU Study Abroad course.

Criminology
Do justice to your future career by studying criminology at UWindsor. Class sizes are small and there are lots of them to choose from, giving you the flexibility to tailor your degree to your interests. We also offer practicums with government and community agencies, leading to jobs for graduates.

Consider this — all our grads in this program have found a job in their chosen field within two years of graduation. We are tied for first in graduate employment rate. • The Master of Applied Economics and Policy program is designed to offer a unique combination of courses that will prepare you for work in the specialized field of economic policy
• As a graduate, you will be prepared to immediately secure a position in the working world.
• The program places special emphasis in preparing you to utilize large amounts of data available to professionals in government and business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government polices and business projects. 
• Through a multidisciplinary approach to policy analysis involving economic courses, business courses, communication workshops and an exciting research project, you will have all of the tools and experiences needed to begin a career as an Economist.

Join the real world of artificial intelligence, game development, multimedia, and networks and security from your first day of class. This program is more hands-on than what’s offered elsewhere, and you’ll have lots of opportunities to network with industry leaders. Co-op is available, with flexible scheduling. Our developmental psychology program offers so much that is unique. Start your program with an Introduction to Psychology course for psych majors only, where you get to work in small groups led by mentors to help you along. Later, you will have opportunities for undergraduate research and community placements where you can put what you’ve learned in the classroom into practice. Work with children, adolescents, adults or seniors and choose a career path that matches your interests.

Mathematicians are in demand, and this program will prepare you for a career equal to your talents. Combine this program with another degree (double major) for a truly unique experience. Also, take courses that will prepare you for an actuary designation. The small class sizes, camaraderie and support in this program is second to none.

Psychology

The Developmental Psychology and Criminology combined program involves training in both developmental psychology and criminology. Developmental psychology is focused with both physical and psychological changes throughout life—from conception until death and is paired well with criminology to study criminal law, enforcement, prosecution, sentencing, punishment, victims of crime, media and crime, deviance, and justice. This combined program helps students develop critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
