The Master of Management program is a course-based graduate program. This 16-month program offers yout he benefits of a world-class business education with the personal touch of a small school. While you will focus on the specialization of your choice, you will also be equipped with core business courses with multi-disciplinary relevance and receive the practical knowledge requied to excel. Be at the forefront of innovation with Master of Materials Chemistry and Engineering (MMCEN). This interdisciplinary field combines Materials Chemistry and Materials Engineering to develop new and improved products, and to test the quality of manufactured goods. This program includes introductory courses in both fields to provide students with a solid theoretical foundation. Along with practical lab skills, students will also gain experience in business plan development to prepare them for a wide range of career opportunities.

Students with degrees in Chemistry or Engineering can gain additional education & experiences in both fields, enabling you to work at the forefront in careers that rely on Materials Science and Engineering.

Forensic Science is the degree for the 21st century and UWindsor’s program is ahead of its time. We’ll train you to investigate and analyze evidence from crimes ranging from homicide to abuse, and from fraud to hacking. We have the latest technology — biometric scanners, laser scanners, computerized fingerprint scanning, security document scanners, and more. We supplement your classroom learning with mock crime scenes and labs and you’ll get training in scientific methodologies and crime scene investigation from a variety of professionals, including academics, police officers, lawyers and expert witnesses.

Study the fundamentals of life in this flexible program that lets you blaze your own trail. Specialize in microbiology, cellular development, environmental and evolutionary biology, population and ecosystem ecology, or any combination of these areas. You’ll learn research techniques in our new labs and out in the field that will prepare you for a wide range of career paths, ranging from interests at the molecular level, to whole organism (including humans) and/or the more complex community and ecosystem levels.

Political Science
Get behind the headlines and learn how political power really works. Our political science program introduces you to political, economic, social, and environmental issues in Canada and around the world. We offer a great mentorship program, opportunities to do research with faculty, and the ability to complete an internship in fourth year. Our active and engaged department is home to the Political Science Society, the Model UN Club, and arranges an annual trip to Europe through the EU Study Abroad course.

Begin your journey to an exciting career in mechanical engineering by developing a solid foundation in machine design, CAD, and thermofluids with applications in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and materials engineering. Available specializations include automotive, aerospace, environmental, and materials. Our facilities include a dedicated project courtyard where students develop their hands on capabilities. The faculty promotes connections with industry through projects, courses, and workplace co-op opportunities.

Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Option
Study such topics as vehicle handling, vehicle thermal management, innovative powertrain technologies, and participate in hands on learning in the lab. Opportunities abound to design, build, and race a variety of ground vehicles in international competitions.

The Disability Studies and Psychology program involves training in both psychology and disability studies. It focuses on psychological and social models of disability and exposes students to real-world learning experiences.

Disability Studies provides students with the knowledge and experience-based practice they can use to advocate for:

• Anti-oppressive needs
• Accessibility for people with disabilities

Through course work and community experience placements in disabilities settings, students learn advocacy skills to prepare for work in academic, health, social service and government organizations.
