Human Resources Management Specialization
The course-based Master of Management - Human Resources Management will prepare graduates for leadership positions in HR across any industry. You will study and live in Canada for approximately 16 months. This program will include 13 prescribed courses completed over 4 academic terms.

Begin your journey to an exciting career in mechanical engineering by developing a solid foundation in machine design, CAD, and thermofluids with applications in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and materials engineering. Available specializations include automotive, aerospace, environmental, and materials. Our facilities include a dedicated project courtyard where students develop their hands on capabilities. The faculty promotes connections with industry through projects, courses, and workplace co-op opportunities.

Mechanical Engineering with Materials Option
Apply the principles of material structure and properties to the design, manufacture, and analysis of components across a range of industry sectors, including automotive and aerospace. Includes metals, ceramics, polymers, and composite materials.

Be versatile! In our history program, you will develop your research and writing skills. Lots of careers are based on that. We offer public history courses relating to how people interact with the past — think museums, documentaries, walking tours and history websites — with an emphasis on digital history, and practicums for hands-on experience.

This program is designed to accommodate mid-career professionals, the MBA for Managers and Professionals (M&P) is optimized for students to maintain their current career while building the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership position in the 21st century. To further accommodate our students, the Odette MBA - M&P only runs during the Fall and Winter semesters (Summer semesters are free from classes and classwork).

The Disability Studies and Psychology program involves training in both psychology and disability studies. It focuses on psychological and social models of disability and exposes students to real-world learning experiences.

Disability Studies provides students with the knowledge and experience-based practice they can use to advocate for:

• Anti-oppressive needs
• Accessibility for people with disabilities

Through course work and community experience placements in disabilities settings, students learn advocacy skills to prepare for work in academic, health, social service and government organizations.

All our engineering programs start with the same courses in first year so you can learn more about each field (civil, environmental, electrical, industrial and mechanical). Then choose an area of study for second year. Industrial engineers answer the needs of organizations to operate efficiently and cost effectively. As an industrial engineer, you may use intelligent processes to streamline production systems or design flexible manufacturing approaches using a wide range of knowledge, including operations research, manufacturing sciences and enterprise resources planning/integration.

The University of Windsor is one of only few institutions in Ontario to offer industrial engineering. Your education will begin with a broad base of fundamental sciences, mathematics and engineering knowledge in courses that are common to all programs. Our program will allow you to engineer how systems interact with one another.

This dual degree will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to understand the people side of business. You will learn how to engage and motivate your workforce to maximize profits, run an efficient organization and promote a great work environment.
