This course, one of a suite of digital media courses, enables you to study professional digital media practice in a microstudio environment with a focus on the design skills necessary for the field of games development. Fascinating and disturbing, criminal behaviour arises from social, biological and cognitive factors. We need to understand these if we're to help create a safer and fairer society.

Forensic psychology looks at the relationships between brain and criminal behaviour, how social groups interact and how human beings learn and develop. It also examines the treatment of offenders and the impact of crime on the broader community. You'll be able to gain valuable experience with the opportunity for work-based practice or observation.

You'll acquire a broad foundation of knowledge around key theories and ideas of psychological science, critically analyse historic perspectives and contemporary issues, and explore the social nature of crime and deviance. This course focuses on the skills of the building surveyor operating within the construction industry. It centres on the requirements of the UK-based building surveying professional, as identified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It also offers European and global perspectives appropriate to the requirements of international consultancies.

You will develop professional skills and examine the multidisciplinary requirements specific to building surveying (such as building information modelling).

You will gain knowledge of building materials, construction technology and pathology, legal and regulatory issues (such as party wall issues), the design of simple structures and the preparation of schemes for the rehabilitation of buildings.

Our Criminology MA will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the complex nature of crime, harm and victimisation, together with an appreciation of the role of criminal justice systems in relation to crime control, protection and the delivery of justice.

If you want to study dance and performance practically, but also want to gain an understanding of its history and the current dance industry, this is the course for you. No matter what your dance experience and background is, this course enables you to experiment and explore your creative potential, preparing you for a career in the dance or creative arts industries.

You will develop your own dance identity by studying a variety of topics, such as choreography, dance technique and performance, and the dance industry with a particular focus on teaching dance or event management.

You'll work in a range of workshops and technique classes, across a range of dance and performance styles, for example:

Throughout the three years you will gain a valuable insight into the dance industry through the Dance Industry modules preparing you for employment after graduating from the course.

There is the option to specialise in choreography or Hip Hop and Urban Performance Practices in Years 2 and 3, and work as a dance company in Year 3.

The course also capitalises on London's vibrant multicultural dance scene, enabling you to access well-known dance centres such as Sadler's Wells, the South Bank Centre, the Barbican and the Place.
