Education with Psychology is a social science degree that bridges the disciplines of education, psychology and sociology. You’ll be offered a blend of social science units that relate to the study of children and young people.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for graduates who have limited experience of statistics and would like to develop their knowledge in this area. The first semester will give you general programming and machine learning development skills. The second semester is focused on statistics, and will give you the skills and knowledge to challenge real-world data using more advanced analytical techniques.

Physics with Astrophysics at Bath will give you a strong grounding in physics, along with in-depth specialist knowledge of astrophysics. You’ll learn how to combine evidence from stellar and extragalactic astronomy to build consistent theoretical models of the evolution of galaxies.

Your study experience at Bath will be distinct from that offered by most other universities in the UK. You’ll go on two placements (lasting between three to six months) as part of your four-year degree to help you on your journey to becoming a qualified Architect. We blend architectural studies with professional experience to help you get the best out of your degree. Our course integrates two placements (lasting between three to six months) into the second semesters of year 2 and year 3, making it easier for you to develop and transfer your skills between study and placement. You'll be able to apply your university learning in a practical context and use your placement experience to improve the architectural skills you’ll use later in your course.
