 Drawing on the expertise of the internationally renowned Bristol Robotics Laboratory, and provided in partnership with the University of Bristol, this is a unique opportunity to advance your skills and knowledge in the fast-growing and rapidly evolving area of robotics and automation.

Progress and innovation in robotics is now faster than ever, and is providing a wide range of industries and professions access to increasingly sophisticated autonomous and remotely operated devices with a widening range of applications and uses including manufacturing, agriculture, security and medicine. As well as enjoying a growing commercial side, robotics also supports scientific research in unprecedented ways, giving us access to ever more remote, unpredictable and hazardous locations. • Register with BASRaT after passing your first year, so you can start practising as a sports massage therapist.
• Spend at least 400 hours on placements, working with elite sports medical teams, sports injury clinics, sports clubs, fitness centres and rehabilitation units, putting you in a strong position for future employment.
• We are committed to providing our students with a diverse range of learning opportunities, including this intensive rehabilitation day we spent at St George's Park. Please note that external learning experiences may vary.

Where can it take me?

• Graduate sport rehabilitators are in demand across the UK.
• You could work in sports injury clinics, health clubs, professional sports clubs and fitness centres, with the military or as part of a GP referral scheme.
• Some graduates set up in private practice, or go on to postgraduate study.
