This course will teach you how to to deal with the complexity of sustainability in the fashion industry by providing concrete tools and inspiring circular fashion business practices. You will study current practices of how materials, products, supply chain and retail can be regenerated and innovated through the circular economy. You will integrate such innovations into fashion brand building and development. You will study and assess the financial viability of different circular business models in the fashion industry.

You will develop in depth understanding of the key role of a circular fashion manager; from professional competencies and essential tools needed for managing responsibility for fashion and luxury brands to personal attributes and the commercial implications for transparency and traceability in the supply chain. In addition you will study how to fight counterfeiting on a strategic and legal point of view, and how to apply the sustainability principles to the retail space for both UK and overseas markets in an omni-channel environment.

Last but not the least, you will develop strategies for communicating transparency through transmedia storytelling that conveys the brand DNA while promoting the commercial success of its products.

BA (Hons) Fashion Branding and Marketing can teach you important industry skills on how to create effective branding and marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on sustainability and digitalisation in the context of the global fashion, luxury and lifestyle industry, as well as how brands communicate with consumers through innovative ideas, strategic delivery and visual strategies.
