This course will be of special interest to composers of electronic music in the traditional sense and to contemporary artists who combine this role with that of engineer, musician, producer and DJ.

Furthermore, this substance abuse degree is the only BSc Psychology course in the UK accredited by both the BPS and the Addiction Professionals Registration Body and Network.

Undertaking this course may open the door to postgraduate study or training to be a specialist addiction counsellor.  As the course is accredited by the BPS, there may be the option of training to be a Counselling Psychologist that specialises in supporting those affected with addiction problems.

Our psychology research facilities include state-of-the-art brain imaging electroencephalogram (EEG), eye tracking equipment and a range of experiment and research software. We provide access and a high standard of support for use of these facilities.

Concert Music aims to develop an advanced knowledge of compositional techniques from the 16th to 20th/21st century. Informed by current ideas on the academic study and practical application of composition, your course will be taught by established industry professionals and academics.
