Lay a strong foundation in programming and application development, algorithms, computer architecture, operating systems, and software engineering, and choose from three tracks of study: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Cybersecurity.

Gaming and Graphics

The Concentration in Gaming and Graphics is aimed at educating students in the design and development of video games and game engines.  This is a very exciting and growing industry. Video games have permeated all segments of population and industry from entertainment to educational. All courses in this concentration include a significant experiential component.

Biology - Marine Biology

The Bachelor of Arts is designed to give students a comprehensive understanding of biology and a strong liberal arts foundation. It is ideal for students planning to pursue graduate studies in another area, such as business, K-12 education, engineering or law.

Forensic Science
Forensic science is the application of science to investigations pertaining to the legal system. Forensic scientists apply principles and techniques of various sciences to the examination and comparison of biological evidence, trace evidence, impression evidence, drugs, and firearms.

The profession requires critical thinking, communication skills, the application of natural and physical sciences to legal issues, and ethical responsibility. This program provides students with a strong foundation in physical and natural sciences and acquaints them with various relevant aspects of the legal system.

This program focuses on information systems and information technology. Students will decide on specific technologies that they are most interested in managing: Network and cyber–security (also earn CISCO certification), web and commerce, database and big data, healthcare and enterprise systems (look for our SAP certification coming soon).

Music Business
This concentration prepares student musicians for careers in publishing, recording, sales, management, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and the many other fields that make up the music business.

Physics

The BS in Mathematics is appropriate for students planning graduate studies in mathematics or professional pursuits in the field of mathematics. The BS requires the completion of one of seven tracks: mathematics, actuarial science, applied mathematics, chemistry, physics, engineering, or computer science.

Around the world, from the factory to the office to the internet, today's workplace is changing rapidly. These changes are dramatically affecting not only the ways that we work, but also the basic relationships among workers, between workers and labor unions, and between labor and management. Labor studies offers students a broad background in the multiple perspectives on – and different analytical approaches to – job and pay issues in an international context.

Why Labor Studies?
Labor studies can be a great asset for a wide range of careers in business (particularly human resources), forensic economics, government, higher education, journalism, labor and employment law, labor unions, mediation and arbitration, personal injury law, policy research, public relations, and social justice organizations.

Labor studies also prepares students for graduate programs in labor and industrial relations and in related areas of business, economics, education, journalism, law, media, public administration, and the social sciences.

Do you have a talent for math and statistics? Are you a gamer who finds yourself following the stock market and business news the way your friends analyze box scores? Then you should consider studying finance, which is a great foundation for a career on Wall Street, in government, or as an entrepreneur.

As a student in our finance program, you will learn how to assess risk and use financial modeling to game out different strategies and scenarios. You will develop an understanding of how economic policy moves markets and drives values. And you will study and learn how individuals make decisions about money and investing, and how those decisions affect big-picture outcomes.

This program reflects the need within a broad-based engineering curriculum, for a diversity of offerings reflecting the diversity of careers in the engineering field today. Engineering today encompasses many new technologies, but the core educational requirements remain a thorough grounding in mathematics, physical sciences, engineering sciences and design. The Engineering Science degree then allows students to specialize in one of two options: biomedical or civil. Both options integrate design throughout the curriculum, beginning with the first year, and culminating in a year-long major senior-level design project.
