Through course work and seminars, students learn how to integrate information from the various biology subdisciplines (molecular genetics to evolution) and levels (sub-cellular to biospheric) in order to understand and ask fundamental questions about cells, organisms, species, and ecology. Graduates with master's degrees pursue professional degrees in the health sciences, continue graduate work at the doctoral level, and find employment as marine, wildlife, and ecology specialists and educators for governmental and nongovernmental organizations and as lab technicians for hospitals and in industry.

Public Policy and Public Service
If you are interested in the political process, policy, and public service, the major in public policy and public service combines all of those areas in one degree. You will develop a deep understanding of modern policy challenges, as well as the leadership skills to meet them.

Offered by the Department of Marketing and International Business, the Master of Science in Marketing is designed to meet the demands of professionals who want to assume middle- and upper-level positions within the marketing function. An emphasis is placed on the design, integration, implementation, and review of marketing plans.

Objectives of the Master of Science in Marketing:

• To prepare students for middle- to upper-level positions within the marketing function at a variety of organizations.
