The Corporate Accounting & Finance major combines finance principles with accounting practices to prepare you for a career in corporate finance. This major provides students with a strong background in financial accounting in addition to financial analysis and decision making that is required for positions such as CFO or financial manager.

Students will develop an understanding of capital structure, financial planning and analysis, and project valuation which will help them determine where and how to invest corporate funds.

You’ll learn to be an interdisciplinary problem-solver, drawing from the natural sciences, humanities, and social sciences. With a major in management, you’ll learn how to work collaboratively and lead effectively in today’s competitive global marketplace.

Classes like the Management Senior Capstone Project Course let you test your business knowledge. You’ll spend a semester working through business challenges for an actual client. After weeks of intensive research, group meetings, and client interviews, you'll present your business recommendations to senior-level executives.

You’ll graduate an innovative, creative, and effective problem solver, who’s ready to manage many different types of organizations. And you’ll have the confidence to lead diverse teams that encompass different cultural, ethical, political, and behavioral perspectives.

Suffolk’s comprehensive MSBA program uniquely balances business analytics and data management by teaching you business approaches to analytics and exactly how to manage and create projections with stored data sets. Politics, Philosophy & Economics
Suffolk University's Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) program is the first of its kind in the Boston area. An interdisciplinary major that draws from three academic departments, PPE will give you a foundation in policy, ethics, and economics. You'll develop the comprehensive understanding of complex social and political challenges you'll need to help solve them.

Suffolk University's biology major is especially collaborative and career-focused. Many of your classes will have fewer than 20 students, and you'll benefit from your professors' individual attention, thanks to our low faculty-to-student ratio.
