BS Mathematics
This specialized program will help prepare you for employment in quantitative or technical fields such as actuarial science, computer science, finance, operations research, statistics, and science, as well as graduate study. • Students can expect to conduct work on ongoing research projects including biochemical studies of parasitic diseases with a view to developing new antimicrobial and therapeutic agents to combat disease by opportunistic infections of AIDS patients, sexually transmitted diseases, malaria, and East African sleeping sickness.

We are currently the only University in Manhattan to offer a major in Peace and Justice Studies.
