BA Environmental Studies
In the environmental studies program, you will critically analyze key issues such as sustainability, pollution, poverty, biodiversity, and resource use, with the goal of equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to help find solutions with a strong values orientation. In just two years you can earn your MS in Nutrition and Dietetics, complete the dietetic internship, and immediately sit for the CDR Exam that designates you as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN).

BS Adolescent Education
Our program will lead you to a bachelor’s degree and the New York State Initial Teaching Certificate in Adolescent Education. You’ll have the option to teach one of the following subject areas: biology, chemistry, English, history, mathematics, or Spanish (NYC Campus only).
