Our Master of Public Administration (MPA) program is designed to train you to acquire strong analytical and administrative skills, and gain the management expertise you will need to succeed in the most rewarding and demanding areas of the national economy: government, healthcare, and nonprofit administration. The program’s mission is to prepare our students to become value-driven public service leaders, managers, and analysts by offering you the knowledge of roles, values, skills, and practices that will help you become competent global professionals capable of ethical, innovative, and creative leadership in public service, government, health care, and nonprofit organizations. The interdisciplinary curriculum enables you to occupy public service management and analyst positions across sectoral boundaries, as the program takes into account career and industry sector flexibility.

Healthcare Management
The Healthcare Management track is ideal for individuals occupying administrative positions in the healthcare industry, who are interested in advancing into leadership positions in organizations that provide public health services as well as in regulatory agencies in the healthcare field. Our Healthcare Management track graduates are employed with state and local health agencies, and non-profit/for-profit healthcare organizations such as hospitals in the NYC metro area including NYC metro area Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, Lenox Hill, Montefiore etc.

BA Environmental Studies
In the environmental studies program, you will critically analyze key issues such as sustainability, pollution, poverty, biodiversity, and resource use, with the goal of equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to help find solutions with a strong values orientation. BS Childhood Education
Teachers of grades 1–6 arguably have the greatest responsibility: to provide students with a solid foundation that encourages a life of learning. With the bachelor’s of science in childhood education, you can choose from one of the following concentrations: biology, English, history, mathematics, or Spanish (NYC Campus only). This program leads to a bachelor’s degree and the New York State Initial Teaching Certificate in Childhood Education.

With a BBA in Sports Marketing, you will find yourself at the center of a high-profile industry—interning or working at top sports companies, negotiating sponsorship deals for Fortune 500 companies, or working on new product ventures for professional teams like the New York Knicks, New York Mets, and Brooklyn Nets. Through unique courses in sports marketing, sports sponsorship, and special events marketing, you’ll build on a broad-based marketing core curriculum and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for this unique field, as well as gain insight into marketing’s relationship to the sports industry.

This specialized program will help prepare you for employment in quantitative or technical fields such as actuarial science, computer science, finance, operations research, statistics, and science, as well as graduate study. You will be encouraged to choose a concentration or minor designed to support your professional aspirations. If you want to pursue a graduate degree, mathematics graduates are exceptional candidates for Pace’s MS in Customer Intelligence and Analytics in the current and increasing age of “Big Data.”
