The Exercise Science program is a dynamic and exciting major preparing students for careers in human performance, training and conditioning, corporate fitness and wellness.  Clinical and preventive areas of preparation include cardiac rehabilitation, pre-physical therapy and health promotion.  The AUM Exercise Science program is an educationally recognized program (ERP) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) for its outstanding program leading to careers in athletic strength conditioning. An internship is required.

The BSBA integrated curriculum helps students to:

Health Sciences offers a rewarding career in healthcare and related fields. If you plan to go on to medical school or another health professional school, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree and a set of prerequisite courses, so it makes sense to choose a concentration within your major in which you are interested, and one that contains as many of the prerequisite courses as possible. Most of the prerequisite courses come from chemistry, physics, and mathematics, the courses needed for the chemistry major.
