Environmental Health Science
Environmental Health Science studies the relationship between the environment and human health. This includes preventing illness by identifying and assessing hazardous agents, environmental sources and limiting exposures to chemical, physical and biological agents in air, water, soil, food and other environments that may impact human health. Environmental health professionals work to ensure safe water, food, air quality and workplace conditions, mitigate the impact of disasters and investigate and help control disease outbreaks. Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation program is designated as a pre-major. The program develops students' knowledge of the entrepreneurial process.  It also develops the technical tools and techniques required in various ventures. Several publications have recognized the strengths of the program with awards and recognitions.  These publications include U.S. News & World Report, The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine. Students may also pursue a Social Entrepreneurship Track.  Available courses include:

The program pairs with companies to provide summer and semester internships. The Hankamer School of Business offers student exchange and study abroad programs.  The program offers a few study abroad opportunities unique to the program.

Great Texts of the Western Tradition
The Great Texts major is one of two undergraduate majors within the Baylor University Honors College, but it is not required that you be part of Honors to major in Great Texts. The coursework includes the study of influential written works from a variety of cultures throughout the ages. Available courses include:
