The MS in Cybersecurity is intended for students who wish to specialize in the security aspects of the Information Technology field. This program educates professionals for the fast growing and wide ranging information security and cybersecurity markets by providing foundations in the theory of information security as well as knowledge needed to properly design, implement, and manage secured IT infrastructure and risks in an enterprise. Common career areas include Computer Forensics, Incident Response, Network Security Administration, Risk Assessment, and Web Development.

Computer Security
The Computer Security concentration focuses on fundamental security topics that arise in the design, analysis, and implementation of distributed systems. This concentration provides in-depth coverage of the theory and application of identity, authentication, access control, auditing, assessment and prevention of software vulnerabilities, and cryptography, in the context of modern enterprise-scale and web-based systems.

Here, we know that the work of diplomacy is not limited to members of the foreign service, but practiced by members of non-governmental organizations, business people, scientists, and community organizers.

Diplomacy and Migration
The Diplomacy and Migration concentration provides students with a foundation for applying the tools and understanding of diplomatic practices--such as mediation, conflict resolution, advocacy and leadership—to the pressing challenges posed by forced migration. Students will have the opportunity to place the study and practice of diplomacy into conversation with the disciplines of history, forced migration studies, human rights law, public health, and international relations.

DePaul’s MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment will prepare you for leadership in the rapidly changing world of global real estate. Learn how to manage complex real estate transactions by understanding every aspect of the industry, including finance and real estate investing, taxation, development, investment sales and capital market analysis.

The MS in Business Information Technology is offered by the College of Computing and Digital Media with some course work taken from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (KGSB). Students gain technology management skills and core business concepts to better serve organizations in information-dependent areas. The program provides a solid base for those interested in moving their career forward through management positions in staff/line functions at various types of organizations.

The data science master’s will provide you with the technical knowledge and advanced computational skills to meet emerging challenges in big data analytics. Computational Methods
All required courses are available online. The Computational Methods concentration is designed for data science master’s students who want to develop strong technical and programming skills for big data analytics. You’ll be trained to handle and aggregate massive amounts of data and to use appropriate modeling and data mining techniques to extract information from complex data sources.

Global Public Health
The Diplomacy and Global Public Health concentration provides students with a foundation for applying the tools and understanding of diplomatic practices to mediation, conflict resolution, advocacy and leadership in the field of international public health. Students will have the opportunity to place the study and practice of diplomacy into conversation with the disciplines of behavior theory, health care, forced migration and public policy.

The Biological Sciences MS is a versatile degree that’s ideal for those who plan to teach, research or pursue a PhD. Become a well-rounded biologist through a combination of lecture, laboratory and seminar courses. Work on cutting-edge research in labs alongside your peers and professors—and develop your own concentration of studies under the mentorship of your faculty advisor.

Students that are admitted to the MS program are hired as teaching assistants, and provided tuition waivers and stipends. External funding opportunities through programs like the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program?, Gem Fellowship? ?(underrepresente??d students in STEM),? or Fulbright Fellowship (international students) ?are also possible.?

The MS in Community Psychology has been developed in response to interests expressed by community groups and organizations for assistance in addressing the needs of their most vulnerable members. The program prepares students to work at the master’s level in the field of Community Psychology in a variety of community, government and consulting work settings.

Students will learn how a community-based social justice perspective recognizes inequalities and promotes the exercise of greater power (i.e., access to resources and decision-making) for communities that have been marginalized, and creates ties to advocacy work with oppressed populations. The program leads to an applied, terminal MS degree.

The MA in Biological Sciences prepares you to communicate your knowledge of life and living systems to others. Graduates of the MA typically plan to pursue advanced education degrees or teaching positions. With a Biological Sciences MA, you will
